Delivery Information
Please note all orders are sent from the UK and all shipments are sent with Royal Mail.
From 1st January 2021 on all orders being shipped to the EU the customer is liable for any additional fees which may include VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee. This will vary from country to country.
Please note we also expect shipping delays to EU countries at the moment and delays in any returns from the EU reaching the UK.
Delivery Options
- Standard UK Delivery – estimated delivery time after dispatch 2 – 3 business days: £4
- Special UK Tracked Delivery – estimated delivery time after dispatch 1 business day: £7.50
- EU Tracked Delivery – estimated delivery time after dispatch 5 business days: £12
- Rest of World / International Tracked Delivery – estimated delivery time after dispatch 8 business days: £15
International Orders
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost, these charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the courier upon delivery.
We advise that you research your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well and any rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products prior to purchasing.
Christmas Delivery Dates
Please see last order dates below in order to receive your parcel in time for Christmas. All deliveries are sent with Royal Mail.
UK First Class – Orders must be received by Sunday 19th December
International Tracked – Dates vary, please see below:
- Australia, Greece, Italy, New Zealand and Portugal – Saturday 4th December
- Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East – Monday 6th December
- Cyprus, Malta, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey and Sweden – Wednesday 8th December
- Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland and USA – Saturday 11th December
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg,
- Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland – Tuesday 14th December
EU Shipping & Brexit
Please note that all goods are shipped from the UK who have now left the European Union. When ordering from the EU from 1st January 2021 you will now be liable for import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well and any rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products prior to purchasing.
Commercial items/goods (excluding personal correspondence) sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.
- Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee
- The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
- The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country.
